GRD, together with Smart Villages Mountbellew and Grow Remote are holding a Coffee Morning in the GRD Office Mountbellew on Tuesday 28th March from 9am -12pm. This is part of Mental Health Ireland's "Hello, How Are You?" campaign to highlight the importance of connecting with those around us and engaging in open conversations about mental health. It’s about asking the question, ‘How Are You?’ and really listening to the response. Drop in for a cuppa - all welcome
